While we can’t confirm if or why he’s been locked up, the Internet street say the New Jersey battle rap legend has been arrested on the dreaded RICO charge.

If so, Surf would be in the same predicament Young Thug, Gunna, Casanova, YFN Lucci and more have found themselves in.
