Devin Haney will defend his WBC light welterweight title this Saturday April 20th against Ryan Garcia at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn New York.

The event begins at 8:00 P.M. and will cost you 69.99 on DAZN if you are a subscriber, and 79.99 at regular price. Tickets are still available for the Haney vs Garcia fight, and it is unclear if the event organizers will have a big-ticket giveaway due to an almost empty Barclay’s Center.

After Devin Haney’s last fight, which only brought in 50k pay-per-view buys against Regis Prograis, you would think that DAZN would have learned their lesson about putting Haney on pay-per-view because he does not sell, and most boxing fans consider his style of fighting boring.

Both boxers had two fights last year. Back in April Garcia lost for the first time in his professional career when he was knocked out in the 8th round by Gervontta Tank Davis, he rebounded from that loss when he stopped Oscar Duarte in the 8th round last December.

This is an important fight for both boxers. Haney will get the opportunity to shine under the big spotlight to further solidify his standing as one of the elite pound for pound boxers of today, and Garcia has the opportunity to win his first championship.
